As each item is customised and handmade to order, we unfortunately cannot exchange or refund for change of mind. In the event your order arrives damaged please get in contact with us within 7 business days.
Australia Post requires the receiver to make a claim for damaged items by taking the item and packaging into your nearest post office. Compensation claims can only be made within 30 days of delivery.
Once the item has been assessed you will be compensated and are able to repurchase your product.
